The agreement between you and Tovajo for using the Tovajo website and apps.
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and [Tovajo legal entity name] ("Tovajo"). By creating an account you accept them, together with the privacy policy and the group participation agreement.
2. What Tovajo is
Tovajo is software that helps people organise group savings and contributions: it records schedules, payments reported by members, confirmations, payout orders and shortfalls.
Tovajo is not a bank. In Tracking Mode, Tovajo does not receive, hold or transfer your money. Members pay each other directly. Tovajo does not pay interest or returns and does not guarantee that any member will pay.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You must give accurate information and keep it up to date. One person, one account.
4. Your account
Keep your password and any one-time codes private. Tell us promptly if you suspect someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity on your account unless it results from our failure to protect it.
5. Groups
Groups are arrangements between their members. Each group's agreement sets its rules. Organisers and members are responsible for the commitments they make to each other. Tovajo applies the rules recorded in the group but is not a party to the members' savings arrangement.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Tovajo for fraud, money laundering, unlawful schemes, investment or "returns" schemes, recruitment-based schemes, harassment, or to impersonate anyone. We may restrict or close accounts that break these rules, and report unlawful activity where required.
7. Fees
Fees, if any, are listed on the pricing and fees & limits pages and are always shown before you agree to them.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Tovajo is not liable for amounts a member fails to pay, for payments made outside Tovajo, or for losses caused by another member's actions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

We will give notice of material changes. You can close your account at any time, subject to completing or settling any active group obligations under the group's agreement. Records we must keep by law are retained after closure.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
