How the payout order is agreed

The order is agreed by all members before the circle starts and is locked afterwards.

Every member must accept the final payout order before the circle can start. After that, the order is locked for the cycle.

If the group needs to change it, the organiser submits a change request, every affected member must approve it, and the change is recorded in the group history.
