How Tovajo works
Create a group, invite your people, agree the rules together and keep one honest record of every contribution and payout.
Tracking Mode: how money moves today
Tovajo currently works in Tracking Mode. Members pay each other, or the person due to receive the payout, directly through channels they already use, such as a bank transfer. Each payment is then recorded in Tovajo and confirmed by an authorised member.
Tovajo does not hold your money in Tracking Mode. Wallets and in-app payments will only launch with a properly licensed financial partner.
What everyone can see
- The full schedule and who is due to pay when
- Who has paid, who paid on someone else's behalf, and what is still outstanding
- The agreed payout order and who is next
- Any rule changes and who approved them
What stays private
Group members see each other's display names and usernames. They never see email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses or devices.
