Financial partner disclosures

Who handles money in Tovajo, and which licences or partnerships are, and are not, in place.

Current status

• Tovajo operates in Tracking Mode. Tovajo does not receive, hold, safeguard or transfer customer funds.
• Tovajo currently has no banking, custody, wallet or payment-service partner for customer funds, and holds no financial licence.
• Tovajo is not a bank, a deposit-taking institution, an investment scheme or an insurer. Contributions are not insured or protected by any deposit insurance scheme.

Payment processors

Tovajo may integrate with payment processors in sandbox (test) mode for development. No live customer payments are processed through them. If that changes, this page will name each provider and its role.

If wallet features launch

Wallet, stored-balance and in-app transfer features will only be offered through an appropriately licensed financial institution. Before launch, this page will name that institution, describe how customer funds are safeguarded and separated from Tovajo's own money, and explain what protections apply.
