Recording and confirming a contribution

How payments are recorded and confirmed in Tracking Mode.

1. Pay the amount through the method your group agreed (for example a bank transfer to the payout recipient).
2. In Tovajo, open the contribution and choose Record payment. Add the transfer reference and, optionally, a receipt image.
3. An authorised member, such as the treasurer or payout recipient, confirms it.

Until it is confirmed, the payment shows as awaiting confirmation and is not counted towards the group's funds.
